My name is Sumara White, I have been a certified clinical hypnotherapist for the last four years. I am the owner of Unleashminds. I have been a personal trainer; I've also competed and placed in figure competitions. I've always been about mind, body, and soul. Holistic health. I used to tell my training clients, it's all about your mindset. The mind needs to be exercised too, and what we believe we truly do achieve. Our minds are very powerful, our thoughts define who we are, what we can accomplish, and actually how we heal. The little voice that tells you, you can’t or you will. I help others with the little voice and limiting beliefs that may be holding them back.
