Shay White-Joseph

My name is Shay White-Joseph from Rock Hill, SC. I practiced as a Physician Assistant for 17 years in the area of Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, and Urgent Care. I am currently a Specialty Practitioner/Medical Consultant with AHHA Urban Life Coaching Program in the Georgia area as well as with Ashakti Wellness & Yoga in Charlotte NC where my emphasis is on offering non-invasive holistic approaches for individuals with acute or chronic health issues with whom conventional medication has failed or for those who are interested in a more naturopathic approach to wellness. My specialties include Comprehensive Detoxing by means of food transitioning/weight management, Iridology, Yoga, Breathwork, and Reiki Energy Healing.

My passion and purpose in life has always been to offer my gifts of service to surrounding communities so that they can function at their full capacity without limitations, obstacles, or complications related to a body that is in at a dis-ease state or not functioning optimally.
